Enter name and email address for the primary account manager. You can add more to your account at any time in the future.
Enter the email domain(s) used by employees at your company. Each domain should be separated by a comma. Only enter what comes after the @ symbol.
Enter the maximum number of employees in your company that will be authorized to use PeakEmployee.

Enter information for each office location. If you have a lot of locations, you can add more after registration.
High Level Org Chart
Modify the chart below to reflect your orgs that will be using PeakEmployee. Hover over an org and click the name to modify it. You can click "+" to add an org or "-" to delete one. Indicate the number of employees that reside DIRECTLY under each org group. You can always update this after registration.
Enter tags that employees can choose to associate with during registration. For example: "director", "manager", "engineer", etc. Use a comma "," to separate each tag.
Select up to metrics you would like to track and get feedback on. We've started with the most common ones, but you can modify later. To maximize retention reporting we reccomend selecting "Desire to Stay", "Ability to Stay", "Manager Effectiveness", and "Employee Satisfaction" at a minimum.
